Mills Cottages - Rules & Regulations

A $100 deposit is required upon confirmation of registration
 - Certified funds appreciated -
  We use CDN funds
  (Fair exchange is provided on U.S. Funds)
  All applicable taxes (GST, etc) will be charged

Check-in: 12:00pm
Check-out: 10:00am

Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday; 3-day weekend is usually Sat-Mon.
Only dogs allowed, on a leash -- owners MUST clean up after them

Waste Disposal:
1. Garbage must be enclosed in plastic bags and then deposited in the chest freezer next to the booth by the docks. Any cottages that are left with garbage could incur an additional service charge.
2. Blue recycling bins are located at each cottage for your convenience.
3. We are on a septic system - please, nothing in the toilets!


Behavior:
We expect our guests to respect their neighbors, the trees and the property. We reserve the right to evict any party who is inconsiderate of others in regards to noise, unruly conduct or general incompatibility for occupancy. Visitors that have to be spoken to more than once will be asked to leave without refund.
* Please respect the following hours for quiet time:
      11pm to 8am, Sunday - Thursday
      Midnight to 8am,  Friday - Saturday

New Canadian Boaters Law: Everyone driving a boat with a motor must have a license! There are exceptions for Americans bringing their own boats across the Border for a vacation - please make sure you are in compliance with our law.  Get your exemption license/paperwork at the Border when you cross because we must make sure our guests are in compliance.

 We reserve the right to charge for any stolen property or damages done to cottages or to the common ground.
